Chapter 5: The Towspeople's Uproar In the morning at a market, the City of Burgh, traders are busy offering their wares.  Buyers roam here and there looking for the items they need.  Some traders and buyers are seen bargaining.  However, this morning was unusual, the residents were crowding in front of the information boards.  There is clearly a letter.  The letter was bloody, stained with human blood, a sign that some major incident had occurred.  A black-haired youth was seen walking around the crowd.  This young man was wearing civilian clothes that were usually worn by civilians in general.  When he sees the crowd, the young man immediately asks an old man.
